Joe Rouse worked tirelessly on my behalf. He negotiated with my insurance company to get me a full refund of the written off mini I had bought 17 weeks earlier, he arranged for the manufacture of a replica car to be built, and a courtesy car.

Cotswold Cheltenham fixed the problem with my rear lights as well as giving it a thorough service. I also go a tour of the garage when I collected my car, and they found me a courtesy vehicle when my car was waiting for a part for 4 days.

The initial welcome was very poor, I was not on the list for an MOT and was made to feel unwelcome. The reception area for services is very small and un inviting, plus a couple of kids were there unsupervised on one of the two tables.
