again overall we're happy, I had to chase by phone for the result of the fault investigation, car was a few minutes late, didn't get a sales valuation I asked for, no real problem, the meet and greet as you walk is a little over the top for me
Money was removed from my car during the service. I had to phone several times to report, despite being promised a call back. As far as I am aware, nothing else has been done beyond a few platitudes from the very helpful service manager I spoke to.
Very good service for disc change but felt £34.50+vat to remove front and rear wheels to swop them over (was having rear wheels removed anyway for disc and pad change) was too expensive for a 2-3 minute job.
At the risk of repeating myself, its just been excellent.
Everything I wanted happened
Wrong part was ordered which meant i was waiting for an hour for nothing. However, the next day i was able to bring my car back in for the part to be replaced in minutes.
OK... but trying to contact the service department by phone seems to be getting harder and harder. Tried on more than one occasion to contact them. Told he would be called back, nothing (later found a call on the home phone). Frustrating.

It was straight forward I managed to get my car a lot quicker than anticipated and the dealer went above and beyond to satisfy my car needs.

Car was picked up from home and returned home within times given. When part wasn't available it was arranged for me to bring car in after the weekend to have it fitted. Greeted at the door, personal service throughout, complimentary coffee etc

Pleasingly, the description of my concern was accurately transcribed onto the job card after my call centre booking. The completed repair (boot lid closing and latching on the RH mechanism) is not solved but is improved.
It was a positive experience from arrival to departure. Comfortable sitting area with lovely coffee. Polite staff. My car was valeted even though it was in for a minor service.
Again Ben Wakefield was very good in helping me organising having my car wrapped into the colours i wanted. He is also there now I have the countryman as answering the questions I have.

Been bringing my cars to you for many years-MINI & BMW. For the first time ever the experience was sub-standard; no call to advise car ready, no callback when requested, no feedback on a couple of things needing attention-not fixed. Disappointing
