Kept waiting longer than expected for MOT . They wrote wrong mileage down on MOT certificate. Have been told by them it doesnt matter!!!!
It wasn't a service but repair of an oil leak therefore I didnt qualify for a home pickup

As always the team were great and I couldn't fault any members of staff, my reason for scoring only 3 is Mini processes. Does it really take 7 days to source a tyre? My car is just over 6 months old. The tyres came with the Mini.
All staff were friendly, cheerful & welcoming. I was made to feel very special. There was no hard sell, just a chance to play with minis. All of the cars were left open & completely accessible. The showroom is bright & airy. The coffee was excellent!

There was very good communication with the service team and the option to wait for paperwork to be completed while enjoying a cup of hot chocolate made the experience more enjoyanle.. I was however disappointed that there were no pool cars for 3 week

As stated above. I was baffled that MINI had spent millions of pounds on a new showroom but did not have the amenities to get me to and from the garage. Instead, they expected me to wait for 6 hours for my car to be serviced.
Pleasant experience whilst the car was serviced, but I was told it would be an hour and a half and it turned out to be over two hours, this is a long time to sit in a cafe!
The salesman was friendly, efficient and very patient. Ben Wakefield of Cotswold Mini was extremely helpful and obliging.

My car passed its MOT, and I was warned of one thing which might need attention when it has a service in April.

While finding the new Mini 'stadium' took a little more time than the old place on Tewkesbury road, but once there it moved seamlessly. Service and people lovely I just hope it stays that way and does not recede after a dew years like it appeared to
