Very disappointing that the car roof was damaged in transit to the mini centre which was only noticed prior to collection. Leigh has managed this with Paul from the bodywork shop, both have apologised, given explanations and communicated effectively.

Kate the young lady who was our point of contact was excellent. No pressure and answered all our questions and more. Explained the cars performance, equipment and extras in detail. When we collected the car Kate went through everything in detail.
