Overall I had an excellent experience and shall pass this onto to my contacts. I appreciated the loan of a courtesy car for a short period of time. This also consolidated my feelings about the experience. Delivery was rather longer than anticipated

Service was excellent can't fault it. Just your pricing, for tyres specifically. Quoted me £254 each, I paid £164 each from elsewhere in the end for the exact same ones. You expect to pay a bit more but that's way too much :(

Somewhat dissatisfied, as I was let down regarding having a courtesy car and then kept waiting over an hour longer than the two hours I'd been told the MOT would take. On the plus side, my chat with Sam in Sales was much more positive.

we were shown about the mini App and everything was carried out to our satisfaction. Drinks etc good , but no gluton free options.It took more than the specified time so i think the delay was in the car wash. The car cleaning was done well, however.

Holly dealt with my additional request for silicone lubricant to be applied to all 4 doors as they had frozen up, and despite the technician initially refusing, at my request Holly persevered until my request was fulfilled which was appreciated.

Our Countryman was recalled (rear seat belt) so we decided whilst it was in we'd have front and rear cameras added for security/peace of mind. However it wasn't overly clear what the cameras looked like and we then had to have them removed.

The only reason i did not give 5 stars is that i asked for the personal assistant function to be re-set and this was not done. i forgot `about it when i collected the car so it still is not done. Annoying. Every time Mini does an upgrade....

Everything went very smoothly from my initial phone call to book the service all the way to the car being serviced and cleaned by your technicians and valeting team. Car was ready quicker than the time allocated and handed back in tip top condition.

The check-in was really quite slow compared with normal. I waited around 25minutes. The complimentary car wash and clean wasn't quite up to normal standard with the rear seats and rear footwells not cleaned as usual.

My service was completed quickly and the service video is very informative and helpful and well done. My only note would be phone communication was a little off - staff member sounded very quiet/ sad on the other end both times when they called.

Happy overall with service. I am pretty sure I was allergic I wanted a complimentary clean. I did (who wouldn't) but the interior appeared to have not been cleaned, as it was dusty and pretty much how I left it. Come on, if offered, at least do i!

From ordering to taking delivery the service has been excellent. All the staff are friendly helpful and very professional. The showroom is spotlessly clean and I was treated as an individual by all members of staff.
