Leigh was by far the best car salesman I have met. He was extremely personable and very helpful throughout the process. He listened to my needs and validated my anxiety about buying my first automatic car. He then proceeded to reassure me.

We dealt with Kate initially but, due to unforeseen circumstances, she was away from work. Kieren then took over and he was brilliant, very thorough. It was also really good to have Kate back in time for my new Mini handover.

I had to call multiple times to get any information about my Mini. I never managed to speak to anyone when I checked it in, and the person that was looking after me, only really spoke to me to take the money at the end.

The completed service was not registered in the vehicle or app days after having been carried out. I twice rang the service department to have this resolved, no one returned my calls despite a message having been left. I emailed but had no response.

I was on my way to Cotswold Motorrad on an unrelated matter and unfortunately ran over a pothole. I immediately went to Mini service and the advisor Holly was great .. she booked me in straight away to fit a new tyre without an appointment.

I dropped my car off at my convenience, the fault was diagnosed and repaired quickly. I then collected the car again at my convenience. The car was cleaned inside and out which was a nice touch and the car is working correctly now.

The service and facilities were great as always, but I hadn't realised how long the MOT would take, I was there three hours all in, which was a very long time to wait in the cafe. I think I would have left the car had realised.

Service was excellent can't fault it. Just your pricing, for tyres specifically. Quoted me £254 each, I paid £164 each from elsewhere in the end for the exact same ones. You expect to pay a bit more but that's way too much :(

Somewhat dissatisfied, as I was let down regarding having a courtesy car and then kept waiting over an hour longer than the two hours I'd been told the MOT would take. On the plus side, my chat with Sam in Sales was much more positive.

Our Countryman was recalled (rear seat belt) so we decided whilst it was in we'd have front and rear cameras added for security/peace of mind. However it wasn't overly clear what the cameras looked like and we then had to have them removed.

The only reason i did not give 5 stars is that i asked for the personal assistant function to be re-set and this was not done. i forgot `about it when i collected the car so it still is not done. Annoying. Every time Mini does an upgrade....
