Great service.Gentleman came out to car to say that reception was open as arrived early.Shown new booking in system at the computerised screens and lockers for keys! Brilliant idea.Was kept up to date with usual video and actioned work straight away.

Courtesy car was not available even though the booking was made 6 months ahead. The work was not essential but highlighted red, no attempt to discuss this work with customer to raise options that could have been put forward

I dropped my car off at my convenience, the fault was diagnosed and repaired quickly. I then collected the car again at my convenience. The car was cleaned inside and out which was a nice touch and the car is working correctly now.

The service and facilities were great as always, but I hadn't realised how long the MOT would take, I was there three hours all in, which was a very long time to wait in the cafe. I think I would have left the car had realised.

Very good overall. There was the issue that I was told the car was ready then called again to say it was still at fault but that was just a small problem overall and did not effect the final positive outcome.

Service was excellent can't fault it. Just your pricing, for tyres specifically. Quoted me £254 each, I paid £164 each from elsewhere in the end for the exact same ones. You expect to pay a bit more but that's way too much :(

Somewhat dissatisfied, as I was let down regarding having a courtesy car and then kept waiting over an hour longer than the two hours I'd been told the MOT would take. On the plus side, my chat with Sam in Sales was much more positive.

Our Countryman was recalled (rear seat belt) so we decided whilst it was in we'd have front and rear cameras added for security/peace of mind. However it wasn't overly clear what the cameras looked like and we then had to have them removed.

The only reason i did not give 5 stars is that i asked for the personal assistant function to be re-set and this was not done. i forgot `about it when i collected the car so it still is not done. Annoying. Every time Mini does an upgrade....

The check-in was really quite slow compared with normal. I waited around 25minutes. The complimentary car wash and clean wasn't quite up to normal standard with the rear seats and rear footwells not cleaned as usual.

This was a blown tyre and therefore arranged through Mini Assistance - I have no idea that Mini Cheltenham was such a large and productive enterprise. They helped us when most dealerships would have not gone the extra mile to get us home that day.

Happy overall with service. I am pretty sure I was allergic I wanted a complimentary clean. I did (who wouldn't) but the interior appeared to have not been cleaned, as it was dusty and pretty much how I left it. Come on, if offered, at least do i!
