I have been a customer at Cheltenham for 6 years now and have always been welcomed like an old friend. I drive from West Sussex which I could avoid by going to Gatwick or Guildford but their service levels are not a patch on Cheltenham!

15 mins after collecting car from oil change, car broke down. Oil leak into engine tray. Multiple issues with mini assist. Had to cancel next days work to meet recovery vehicle. At no point mini offered any form of compensation, nor upfront apology

Your engineer did a very poor job which i had to return my vehicle for the poor workman ship to be rectified. Even on this visit I am not happy, I am 69 and had to get several buses for the poor workman ship to be repaired I am still dissatisfied,

The car was dropped off first thing, by almost 3pm I still hadn't heard anything. I called and was told the car needed to stay night but would be done by first thing. We agreed a collection time, I arrived and the car hadn't been worked on.

I turned up with no booking and a flat tyre. Service reception were able to sort the issue straight away plus a health check on the car and a wash while I enjoyed a coffee upstairs all at a very reasonable cost.

Although I waited upstairs I was not informed my car had failed mot on a minor detail. I came downstairs after 2 hours 15 minutes to ask about my car to be told it failed on wiper blades, not replaced as I hadn't given authorisation. Awful service.

Harry rang me the day before and looked after me throughout. I was disappointed to have to pay anything to have brakes done only 4 months after purchasing the car, but Harry negotiated a deal with aftersales team and couldn't have done anything more.

There was sn issue I pointed out to do with a repair you made to my car. I was told a week ago I was going to be called back regarding this but so far, I haven't had a call. I will have to call and chase this up. Not ideal for a reputable garage.

I traded in a BMW and the finance wasn't cleared by the dealership. The balloon payment was taken from my account this morning, 3 weeks after collection of the new car. Hard to make a bigger mess of it.
