It was made very special & relaxed. I didn't feel at all awkward (I hate to feel centre of attention). All the extras are really appreciated. It felt like the team all went above & beyond to make me feel welcome.

A "while you wait" appointment for an MOT turned into keeping the car overnight due to over-promising on work that could not be completed. However, customer service (Halli Meldrum) went the extra mile and creatively resolved the issue.

Cotswold have an excellent service department. All the staff are very friendly & extremely knowlegable. The service, in my case, both pre-MOT & MOT were professionally handled. As a bonus the lounge area is great to wait in. Full marks all round.

Not happy with the welcome nor the fact we were not contacted when the car was completed, Cost £350 which was £40 higher than quote. Also no clean and no apology nor explanation for that.

The Service team seemedto do a great job and I like the efficient process of check in. The car was returned ready to go and the post service video update is a useful reference. We choose not to have the car cleaned as my husband is a detailing nerd!
