Really poor car handover i.e. car not inspected at all otherwise they would have picked up significant bird lime damage to car, together with sub-contractor applying ceramic coating over damage. No attempt to explain how this could have happened.

Pretty OK overall. I was not told beforehand that the MOT would necessarily take place at the time reserved for attending the garage. However, the reception person did expedite the MOT so I had a fairly limited waiting time of an hour or so.

Having discussed the noise coming from front drivers side suspension with Harry and Brogan who helped with recommendations on 24 July. I had an inspection slot for 28 July which identified the problem and the repair was done the same day.

I would have given 5 stars but I was disappointed with the fact that the oil was left at MINIMUM (I had to top up within days of MOT). I booked a service which I was told was 'cancelled' by Motability but I'm sure a top up of oil would have been ok.
