I did want my car delivered to me but Mini stated they couldn't offer this so I asked for the car to be available before the weekend and it was! All arranged within a few days - I was not expecting the speediness or efficiency!

After putting the deposit down I then had doubts about driving an automatic. Leigh was so patient even on the test drive. Couldn't have asked for any one more positive telling me I would love it once I got use to it (he is right)

Exceptional, we walked in on a Saturday and it was very busy and we didn't have an appointment but were greeted with a warm welcome and the chance to wait and take advantage of the cafe and it's goodies. Very nice touch

All staff were welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. The cafe staff contacted the appropriate member of staff for me to talk to when my mobile wouldn't pick up a signal, everything was explained clearly and any problems resolved smoothly.

Communication was confusing throughout. After being told at drop-off some servicing was not due yet, it was done anyway. Despite specific contact info being given at booking and repeated at drop-off this was ignored and the wrong person contacted.

The person answering the telephone to arrange my service was very patient. I had called four times to keep changing my appointment. When I brought my car in for servicing, Donna was extremely helpful and gave me clear information and advice

Before I dropped my mini off I was given the price of the service and this didn't change. The staff talk through how the service has gone with any advisories etc. You also get emails throughout the procedure keeping you updated.

Eeasy to drop off my car and keys first thing in the morning. Appreciated the email with video of the underside of my Mini and tyres checks and picking up my car was again very easy by collecting the keys from the key safe, plus chocolate!

I brought the car in at just after 8am, and was told "it shouldn't take too long" and "we'll try and get it done first thing". It only took 20 minutes or so, but I was there for about 2 1/2 hours. That's a long time for a simple job.

Again, once I dealt with Donna very satisfied. Before I dealt with Donna, when I booked the vehicle in, I didn't feel valued as a customer because my mini is older, although I still pay for a comprehensive warranty on it.
