Really poor car handover i.e. car not inspected at all otherwise they would have picked up significant bird lime damage to car, together with sub-contractor applying ceramic coating over damage. No attempt to explain how this could have happened.

Always polite representative. I will mention though in case there's no other box. It was pointed out that there was a chip repair done, I bought the car like this, but I did not notice the repair until a few days later. Not mentioned when bought.

MOT was as planned but once completed I was asked if I would like the brake fluid changed, it will not take long. After 50 mins I went check progress and was told there is no one to do it. This delay put me under pressure for a meeting

We were well looked after by Evie. They did a complete diagnostic and software reboot as our car had had a software glitch two days before, and we were unable to move it - couldn't get it into gear. We had to call mini assist to help us.

I would have given 5 stars but I was disappointed with the fact that the oil was left at MINIMUM (I had to top up within days of MOT). I booked a service which I was told was 'cancelled' by Motability but I'm sure a top up of oil would have been ok.

I mentioned a message alert about cruise control when I booked. On picking the car up I was told it hadn't come up and I'd have to pay for an additional diagnostic check. Wish I'd been told when I booked as I didn't have time.

The car was dropped off first thing, by almost 3pm I still hadn't heard anything. I called and was told the car needed to stay night but would be done by first thing. We agreed a collection time, I arrived and the car hadn't been worked on.

Left car with you at 10.15am to complete work to pass MOT which would have been ample.Advised needed to be back in Bristol by 5pm for Dental treatment. Had phone call at 4.00pm to say couldn't complete work . Had to cancel appointment and leave car

My husband was sat in the dealership on a waiting appointment from 8:30 the cost for suggested work was sent to me by servicing for approval not him as instructed. My husband was waiting for updates that never came meaning he was sat for over 4 hrs

Mostly good but I had to return the car as they had not reset the cars computer notification system.

I turned up with no booking and a flat tyre. Service reception were able to sort the issue straight away plus a health check on the car and a wash while I enjoyed a coffee upstairs all at a very reasonable cost.

Although I waited upstairs I was not informed my car had failed mot on a minor detail. I came downstairs after 2 hours 15 minutes to ask about my car to be told it failed on wiper blades, not replaced as I hadn't given authorisation. Awful service.

Friendly, polite staff. Nice waiting area and facilities. Everything was clearly explained, I was informed of progress. My car received a complimentary wash and vacuum. I was treated like a valued customer. Very pleased.
