Leigh was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He responded efficiently to our questions and ensured we fully understood each stage of the purchase from the initial ordering to the paperwork at the end. He really was excellent.

I traded in a BMW and the finance wasn't cleared by the dealership. The balloon payment was taken from my account this morning, 3 weeks after collection of the new car. Hard to make a bigger mess of it.

I have been a customer at Cheltenham for 6 years now and have always been welcomed like an old friend. I drive from West Sussex which I could avoid by going to Gatwick or Guildford but their service levels are not a patch on Cheltenham!

Booking at 11.30. At 2pm I asked how much longer (no-one had updated me) and was told that work on my car didn't start until 1.30pm. I didn't leave until 3.30pm - most of my day wasted. Not pleased.

Following a tyre blowout on the M5 whilst travelling to Birmingham, I was recovered to the BMW Cotswold Centre. By the time I arrived, the shock of the incident had really caught up with me.

15 mins after collecting car from oil change, car broke down. Oil leak into engine tray. Multiple issues with mini assist. Had to cancel next days work to meet recovery vehicle. At no point mini offered any form of compensation, nor upfront apology

Your engineer did a very poor job which i had to return my vehicle for the poor workman ship to be rectified. Even on this visit I am not happy, I am 69 and had to get several buses for the poor workman ship to be repaired I am still dissatisfied,
