Completed all paper work and then Louis took me to unveil the car which I did and I was not disappointed. Having never ordered a new car I had just hoped that my vision of the car was what I hoped it would be and it lived up to expectations.

As I have a disabled husband and travelling to Cheltenham difficult they are always happy to collect and return my car. This time a service was not due but asked if they could do a check for me. This provided reassurance that tyres,water etc were OK.
Strut mounts replaced for third time in three years and 24k miles, told not covered by warranty, £250 excess charged on extended warranty. Steering wheel replaced but fitted crookedly. Automatic head lights not working. Not good!
As always the service was fantastic. I was seen straight away and Emma was very professional.
Repairs to car carried out quickly, I received friendly and efficient service. Car was ready and cleaned when I arrived to pick it up.
Your systems were down when I came in, so you were able to do the service but we then had to bring the car back for the computer-based part of the process to be completed. No-one rang to organise the second part despite what had been promised.
You would never know my alloys had been scuffed.

I was on holiday in the Cotswolds when my mini developed a fault. I drove to the dealership at 1300 and by 1530 my car was repaired and spotlessly clean! Emma Smith was brilliant. She looked after us so well, even directing us into Cheltenham.

Have dealt with Craig at a previous dealer and found him to be very good then and he is the same now. However, the whole service experience is very good.

The job carried out at Mini in my opinion was only necessary due to damage that could only have occurred during a previous visit. I often do not receive a call back. Mini do not deliver on their promise and I am not valued as a customer.

Was perfect we had previous books for a fault with our car which couldn't be replicated in the garage and when it happened again we popped straight in and was given a car to borrow. Service was better than we could have hoped for.

Service seems good mechanically washing the car wasnt the best bonnet was covered in swirl marks not what I would expect from a bmw garage
The service was ace But was disappointed the technician chucked all my stuff back in the boot rather than how he found it and left the dash cam disconnected.
